We're looking for driven professionals who share our commitment to building without compromise.
We're hiring a Full-Time Project Manager to lead luxury residential and commercial construction projects across the Inland Northwest. You'll manage the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction planning through final walkthrough — with the autonomy and support to deliver exceptional results.
Experience Required
- 5–10+ years in construction with direct project management experience
- Scheduling, budgeting, and cost control across full project lifecycle
- Subcontractor coordination and vendor management
- On-site leadership and daily operations oversight
- Proven track record managing projects from $1M–$20M+
Proven Track Record
- RFIs, submittals, and document control management
- Change order processing and scope management
- Safety compliance and OSHA protocol enforcement
- Client communication and stakeholder reporting
- Quality assurance across all construction phases
Certifications (Preferred)
Core Skills
- Clear, confident communication with owners, architects, and trades
- Problem-solving under pressure and tight deadlines
- Leadership that earns respect on the job site
- Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
